Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-41 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL CODE OF <br />CONDUCT <br />Whereas, the City Council has the authority to adopt guidelines for its <br />members and finds the need to do so in order to more efficiently and effectively <br />develop and carry out the mission, vision, goals and established policies of the <br />City; and <br />Whereas, the City Council adopted an updated code of conduct on April <br />10, 2006; and <br />Whereas, said code calls for the Council to adopt by resolution a code of <br />conduct following the election of a new council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />• THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the Lino Lakes City Council Code of Conduct (Exhibit A) is hereby <br />adopted. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of April, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Membero'Donnelland upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favqr thereof: <br />Gallup, 0 Donnell, Reinert, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />• <br />
