Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />410 adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -43 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, <br />VAUGHAN'S FIRST ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Preliminary Plat on February 11, 2008, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require <br />the execution of a development contract, between the Developer and the City of <br />Lino Lakes, prior to commencement of site construction activities and final plat to <br />insure satisfactory completion of public improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council <br />approves the Development Contract with Ed Vaughan for Vaughan's First <br />Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />Julia ne Bartell, Ci Cle <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of April, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Gallup, Stoltz, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />None (Absent - Reinert) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
