• <br />Council Member Gai hip introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-44 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR VAUGHAN'S FIRST <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Vaughan's First Addition was approved with <br />Resolution 08 -22 by the City Council on February 11, 2008 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Vaughan's First Addition complies with City requirements <br />and the conditions of Resolution 08 -22 have been satisfied. <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Vaughan's First Addition. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council is 28 h da • pril 2008. <br />eson, ayor <br />• <br />ATT T: <br />u ie artell, Cit <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of April, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Gallup, Stoltz, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Reinert) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
