• <br />• <br />• <br />O'Donnell <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-47 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRADING ONLY DEVELOPMENT <br />CONTRACT, MAIN STREET VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Main Street Village on <br />February 11, 2008 and, <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution of <br />a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes, prior to <br />commencement of site construction activities and final plat approval to insure satisfactory <br />completion of public improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />Development Contract with Azure Properties, Inc., for Main Street Village and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the city. <br />u is ne Bartell, C <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of April, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: O'Donnell, Stoltz, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Reinert) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
