i. No more than three (3) flags greater than one (1) square foot in ar shall be <br />allowed on one property. <br />ii.Notwithstanding the provisions of this section any number of flags of any size <br />may be placed on a property during a federally recognized holiday. Said flags <br />shall be displayed no sooner than seven (7) prior to said holiday and removed <br />(a) Flags symbolizing a government or political subdivision, or a branch or department of <br />a government or political subdivision, US military service, or veteran's organizations <br />chartered by Congress are not regulated by this chapter. <br />(b) Each lot may fly one flag that is not a symbol of a government provided that it is <br />affixed to a building or flagpole that is permanently mounted in the ground or mounted <br />on a building. More than one non - government flag shall be regulated as permanent <br />signage. <br />(c) Display of a flag(s) does not require a sign permit. <br />((14) P.U.D. zoning districts; permanent and temporary signs are regulated according to <br />the standards for the corresponding land use and zoning category as stated in this chapter.
