(a) The maximum individual tenant sign sizes for multiple occupancy structures and individual uses which may display signs shall not exceed the maximum provisions for single occupancy structures in the same zoning district. (b) Multiple occupancy structures may display an area identification sign consistent with the applicable district provisions. Individual freestanding signs identifying the tenants' business shall not be displayed.
