• <br />• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-49 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLER LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Lynn Voss of Diversified Roofing, Inc., has submitted a peddler's <br />license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Diversified Roofing, Inc. and it's representatives have complied with all of <br />the provisions of Ordinance No. 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the <br />necessary license for a profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on <br />all company representatives who would be soliciting; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />Diversified Roofing, Inc. is hereby authorized to solicit construction services door to <br />door fora period of six - months beginning May 13, 2008 subject to all conditions and <br />provisions of said ordinance. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of May, 2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia ne Bartell, C' y Cler <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, Gallup, Stoltz, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ohn J. erg - '• n, Mayor <br />• Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
