• <br />• <br />Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -79 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING $1,480.58 GRANT FROM MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT <br />OF HOMELAND SECURITY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FOR CONTINUED <br />SUPPORT OF THE COMMUNITY EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM <br />WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes Police Department has implemented a community <br />partnership in the form of a Community Emergency Response Team; and <br />WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Homeland Security and Emergency <br />Management has awarded the City of Lino Lakes a grant for $1,480.58 in <br />support of advancing this partnership effort; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino kes City Council members, do <br />hereby accept the grant of $1,480.58. <br />,dr/��i <br />fn Be des.' <br />, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of July, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Membero'Donnelland upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Gallup, O'Donnell, Reinert, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
