• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 6.A.iii <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />CC MEETING DATE: August 25, 2008 <br />TOPIC: Byrne Langer Addition <br />Resolution Number 08 -89 <br />Final Plat <br />BACKGROUND <br />Scott and Vicki Byrne have requested approval of the Byrne Langer Addition plat. This project <br />involves the redevelopment of an existing residential lot in the Clearwater Creek 4th Addition <br />neighborhood into two residential lots. The existing dwelling has been demolished and two new <br />building pads will be created. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The final plat is conforming to the preliminary plat and adequately addresses all requirements of <br />the subdivision ordinance and the zoning code. This includes the appropriate drainage and utility <br />easements which were inaccurately portrayed on the preliminary plat. <br />The city attorney has reviewed and approved the title commitments for the property, and the <br />Development Agreement will assure all conditions of the preliminary plat are implemented when <br />the sites are developed with homes. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adoption of Resolution No. 08 -89, approving the Final Plat for Byrne Langer Addition. <br />This review is based on the following plans and information: <br />Final Plat submitted April 10, 2008 <br />
