• Council Member o ' Donne l lintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 08 -103 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME ON THE FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR GOLDEN ACRE WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, and WHEREAS, the final plat for Golden Acre was approved with Resolution 07 -103 by the City Council on August 27, 2007, and WHERAS, the city's Subdivision and Platting Ordinance requires the final plat be recorded within 90 days of approval, and WHEREAS, the City Council approved an extension of time until February 23, 2008 with Resolution 07 -188 by the City Council on November 26, 2007, and • WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City to again extend the time allowed for recordation of a final plat upon approval by the City Council, and WHEREAS, the final plat for Golden Acre is still in compliance with City requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves an extension to the recordation time of the final plat for Golden Acre, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Final Plat for Golden Acre must be recorded by ApriI30 , 2009; unless an additional extension is granted by the City Council. 2. All conditions of approval for Resolution No. 07 -103 will continue to apply to the site. 3. Updated title commitment documents must be submitted and reviewed prior to the city signing the final plat mylar.
