• Council Membero Donnel l introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 08 -108 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME ON THE FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR VAUGHANS FIRST ADDITION WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, and WHEREAS, the final plat for Vaughan's First Addition was approved with Resolution 08- 44 by the City Council on April 28, 2008, and WHERAS, the city's Subdivision and Platting Ordinance requires the final plat be recorded within 90 days of approval, and WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City to extend the time allowed for recordation of a final plat upon approval by the City Council, and WHEREAS, the final plat for Vaughan's First Addition is still in compliance with City requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves an extension to the recordation time of the final plat for Vaughan's First Addition, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Final Plat for Vaughan's First Addition must be recorded by April 30, 2009; unless an additional extension is granted by the City Council. 2. All conditions of approval for Resolution No. 07 -103 will continue to apply to the site. 3. Updated title commitment documents must be submitted and reviewed prior to the city signing the final plat mylar. Passed by the Lino Lakes City Counci,2nd day of September 2008.
