• <br />• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -111 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 10 (FINAL) <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE I — STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 22, 2005, awarding the <br />construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 - Street and Utility Improvements <br />to Glenn Rehbein Companies, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to install street and utilities for Woods Edge <br />Boulevard as part of the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase I improvement project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Payment No. 10 (Final) for street and utility improvements in the amount of $145,593.14 <br />is hereby approved. <br />Julia ► ne Bartell, C. Clerk <br />John • Berg n, -yor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of September, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member n' l dares nld upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, O'Donnell, Reinert, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
