Studenski, City Engineer <br />COUNCIL MEETING DATE: October 13, 2008 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 08 -117, Adopting Assessments, <br />2008 Individual Properties Which Requested <br />Connection to City Utilities. <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br />BACKGROUND: <br />City Staff has received requests from several property owners to connect to city utilities. <br />Each property owner has submitted a signed waiver, which waives their rights to a <br />hearing and waives their rights to appeal under the Lino Lake City Charter and/or <br />Minnesota Statute 429 provided that the assessment associated with the improvement is <br />levied against their property, or they have entered into a Performance Contract with the <br />City. We are prepared to adopt the assessments for the following individual properties, <br />which requested connection to city utilities: <br />- 7778 Lake Drive — Residential <br />- 6347 Ware Road — Residential <br />- 6508 West Shadow Lake Road — Residential <br />Attached is a breakdown of the individual properties assessments. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve Resolution No. 08 -117, Adopting Assessments, 2008 Individual Properties <br />Which Requested Connection to City Utilities. <br />
