• <br />• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -122 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 16 <br />LAKE DRIVE /I35W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City <br />awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda <br />Construction Company, and <br />WHEREAS, upon reviewing the construction plans it was discovered that additional grading <br />items under Bridge No. 02817 were necessary for construction, and <br />WHEREAS, this change order directs the contractor to perform all grading work to complete the <br />improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No.16, in the amount of $25,370.55, is hereby approved. <br />J nne Bartell, I ity C <br />iB r <br />John J er ge n, M o <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of October, 2008 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member of and 1 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, O'Donnell, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Reinert <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
