Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />0 adoption: <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -125 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER AND <br />SEWER UTILITY CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 2008 PROPERTY TAXES <br />PAYABLE IN 2009 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 401.29 and Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the <br />Clerk has prepared a list of properties having delinquent water and sewer <br />charges to be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the <br />2008 property taxes, payable in 2009, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of such certification was mailed to affected property owners, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has met to consider the certification of such delinquent <br />water and sewer charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that the Clerk is hereby authorized to certify the delinquent water and sewer charges as <br />indicated on the attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected with the <br />2008 property taxes, payable in 2009 at an interest rate of 8.00% per annum. <br />Joh J.
