Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its 0 adoption: • CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 08 -125 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 2008 PROPERTY TAXES PAYABLE IN 2009 WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 401.29 and Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk has prepared a list of properties having delinquent water and sewer charges to be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 2008 property taxes, payable in 2009, and WHEREAS, notice of such certification was mailed to affected property owners, and WHEREAS, the City Council has met to consider the certification of such delinquent water and sewer charges. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the Clerk is hereby authorized to certify the delinquent water and sewer charges as indicated on the attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected with the 2008 property taxes, payable in 2009 at an interest rate of 8.00% per annum. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member O' Donnel] and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Stoltz, O'Donnell, Gallup, Reinert, Bergeson The following voted against same: none Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
