• Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 08 -139 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING $50 DONATION FROM RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE GROUP'S "REFER A FRIEND, BUILD YOUR COMMUNITY" PROGRAM WHEREAS, The Residential Mortgage Group (RMG) has a charitable donation program called "Refer a friend, Build your community" where a donation can be made to organizations in a resident's community on behalf of the resident and Robert Pomerleau, a Lino Lakes resident, participated in this program with RMG and has selected the Lino Lakes Police Department as the recipient of a $50 donation; WHEREAS, The Residential Mortgage Group supports the efforts of strengthening our community and families, the donation of $50 will be beneficial in support of the Lino Lakes Police Department; and WHEREAS, the monies will be appropriated to the Police Department General Fund 40 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council members, do hereby accept the donation of $50 and expresses its gratitude to RMG and Robert Pomerleau for the donation. Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of November, 2008. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Gallup' and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Stoltz, Gallup, Reinert, O'Donnell,Bergesg The following voted against same: none Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
