Council Membero'Donneltroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -152 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ENGAGEMENT LETTER FOR CIVIL <br />LEGAL SERVICES <br />Whereas, the city council directed staff to request proposals for legal services for <br />the city; and <br />Whereas, the city council directed staff to engage the firm of Ratwik, Roszak & <br />Maloney, P.A. to provide civil legal services for the city; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the mayor and city administrator be authorized to execute an engagement <br />letter with the law firm of Ratwik, Roszak & Mal ney, P.A. <br />Julian e Bartell, City <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 15th day of December, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Reinert, Stoltz, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
