Council Member O' Donnell <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -01 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 3F (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, 2010 OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 12, 2010, awarding <br />the contract for 2010 Overlay Project to Rum River Contracting Company; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 3F (Final) and <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment Request No. 3F (Final) and Compensating Change Order No. 1 is <br />approved for a final contract amount of $206,989.04. <br />Jeff Reine , a or <br />Ju9Inne Bartell, Ci)y Cler <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of January 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
