• • • Council Member O'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 11 -08 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2010 GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a general operating budget for 2010, and, WHEREAS, changes in economic conditions and changes in budget forecasts has made it necessary for the City Council to reconsider portions of the adopted general operating budget, and, WHEREAS, it is good management and accounting practice to amend the general operating budget to reflect such changes.
