• <br />Council MemberGallup introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -09 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LINO LAKES POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ENTER <br />INTO A GRANT AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DWI TASK FORCE. <br />Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the Lino Lakes Police Department is authorized to enter into a grant <br />agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety, for <br />the DWI Task Force during the period from October 1, 2010 through September 30, <br />2011. <br />Be It Further Resolved that the Chief of the Blaine Police Department is hereby <br />authorized to execute such agreements and amendme e nec- _ . to <br />implement the project on behalf of the Lino Lakes '. ice Dep.,. ent and to be the <br />fiscal agent and administer the grant. <br />• <br />Jeff Reirte , ayor <br />Attest: Julie BarJtell, ity Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of January, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Memberp sfr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Gallup, Roeser, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
