• <br />• <br />ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 11 -11 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 02 -11 <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Ordinance sections regulating Transient <br />Merchants, Open Air Markets, and Community Gardens <br />The purpose of amending these sections of the Zoning Ordinance is to clarify the <br />temporary outdoor sales of items and the use of land for the purpose of community <br />gardens. <br />Section 1.Subdivision 2.B of the Zoning Ordinance will include definitions for the <br />terms 'Open Air Market', 'Transient Merchant', and `Community Garden'. <br />Section 5, Section 6, Section 7, Section 8, and Section 9 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance will be modified to include the uses `Transient Merchant', 'Open Air <br />Markets', and `Community Gardens' within certain zoning districts and under <br />certain conditions. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on January 24th, 2011. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance. A full printed copy of the ordinance is <br />available at City Hall. <br />
