• <br />Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -15 <br />WHEREAS; The City of Lino Lakes has entered into agreement with Anoka <br />County over the years to cooperatively work on Solid Waste abatement and <br />Recycling, <br />AND WHEREAS; Anoka County receives funding from the Solid Waste <br />management Coordinating Board and the State of Minnesota in the form of <br />"SCORE" funds, <br />AND WHEREAS; The County wishes to assist Municipalities in meeting <br />recycling goals established by the Anoka County Board of Commissioners by <br />providing SCORE funds to Cities in the County for solid waste recycling <br />programs' <br />AND WHEREAS; The City of Lino Lakes is eligible to receive $41,133.25 for <br />fiscal year 2011 in SCORE funds, <br />AND WHEREAS; Anoka County Agreement No. 2010 -0328 provides for the <br />cooperative effort between Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Anoka <br />County Agreement No. 2010 -0328 : • - -ment for Residential Recycling <br />Program on behalf of the city. <br />ian e Bartel, Ci y C erk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th Day of February, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Gallup, Rafferty, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Rei - rt, ayor <br />none <br />
