Council MemberGallup introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -25 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE #2 and CHANGE ORDER #1 — 2010 <br />SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of 2010 Surface <br />Water Maintenance Projects, quotes were received, opened and tabulated according to <br />law, and awarded to Penn Contracting Inc.: <br />WHEREAS, Penn Contracting, Inc. has performed additional work within the confines of <br />the bid items and has performed less bid quantities on other bid items: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to approve Pay Estimate <br />#2 and Change Order #1 with Penn Contracting, Inc., in the amount of an additional <br />$3,230.00 for the construction of the 2010 Surface Water Maintenance Projects. <br />• <br />nne Bartell, 1 ity ' erk <br />Ro <br />fferty, Acting Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of February, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: G 11u Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty <br />The following voted against sa '6: <br />none (Absent - Reinert) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
