Outlot A is to include a Drainage and Utilities Easement as it will be a stormwater ponding <br />site. <br />2. 21st Avenue South shall be labeled correctly on all documents. <br />3. Butternut Street shall be platted directly to the west and line up with Butternut Street on the <br />east side. Lot 1 can become larger. The remainder of the parcel to the north shall be Outlot <br />C. <br />4. Some Drainage and Utility easements are shown on the 2nd Addition plat and some are not. <br />Please provide consistency. <br />5. At the intersection of 2 1 " Avenue South and Palm Street a temporary easement shall be <br />recorded for roadway construction with a sunset date. <br />6. The developer is to provide the City will copies of the following permits: <br />a. MDH - Watermain <br />b. MPCA-Sanitary Extension and NPDES <br />c. MCES — Sanitary Connection <br />d. Ecel Energy — Work in Easement <br />e.
