• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Raffefitbduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -34 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LILAC STREET (CSAH 153) FROM ANOKA COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has Revoked the County Road Designation, and releasing <br />County State Aid Highway 153 (Lilac Street), and <br />WHEREAS, all of Lilac Street may be designated as part of the City of Lino Lakes <br />Municipal State Aid System subject to certain rules, and <br />WHEREAS, one of those rules requires the City to adopt a resolution accepting said <br />street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes accepts the reversion of Lilac Street (CSAH 153) from Anoka <br />County jurisdiction to City of Lino Lakes jurisdiction. The entire stretch of Lilac Street <br />from Sunset Avenue to Apollo Drive shall become a municipal street. <br />ianne Bartell, ity -`rk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of March, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council MemberRoeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Rafferty, Roeser, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - O'Donnell) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
