Rafferty <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -38 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CORRIDOR STUDY REPORT <br />CSAH 34 (BIRCH STREET) CORRIDOR STUDY <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes have long exhibited concern for <br />the safety of the corridor along CSAH 34 (Birch Street) from CSAH 49 to CR 54, in the <br />City of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the County and the City entered into a Joint Powers Agreement to conduct <br />a study of the corridor and develop recommendations for the improvement of the <br />corridor; and <br />WHEREAS, SRF Consulting Group Inc. has completed said study. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. that the City Council hereby accepts the CSAH 34 (Birch Street) report, dated <br />March 2011. <br />--dull e Bartell, C ty C erk <br />Ili■ • <br />Jeff R '-. or <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of May, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MemberRoeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Rafferty, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />None (Absent - Gallup) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
