• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Roeser introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -58 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 3 (FINAL) , 2010 SURFACE <br />WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 23, 2010, <br />awarding the contract for 2010 Surface Water Management Project to Penn <br />Contracting, Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 3 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment Request No. 3 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount <br />of $33,582.50. <br />'�- <br />eff Rein- rt, rayor <br />Juli'- ne Bartell, City Cler <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of June, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member o' Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
