Council Member Roeser introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11- 61 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPATION OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH WSB AND <br />ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />Whereas, the city council directed staff to request proposals for city engineering <br />services for the city; and <br />Whereas, following review of the proposals the city council directed staff to <br />engage the firm of WSB and Associates, Inc. to provide civil engineering services for <br />the city; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />• <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That City Administrator and Community Development Director are hereby <br />authorized to prepare a professional services agreement with WSB and Associates, <br />Inc. <br />• <br />li. nne Bartell, 9ityC1erk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council thisl 3thday of June 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member°' Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Roeser, O'Donnell, Gallup, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
