• <br />Council Member Roeser <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -66 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 14 -11 FOR <br />PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second reading of Ordinance <br />No. 14 -11, amending City Code Chapter 802, establishing prohibitions for on- street <br />parking and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute 412.191 provides for a city to publish a summary <br />of an ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of <br />the intent and effect of the ordinance; and <br />• WHEAEAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full <br />printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall; <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the summary <br />in Attachment A for publication according to state law. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of June 2011. <br />Reinert, <br />Jeff <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 2 7trday ofJune , 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Rafferty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Roeser, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: none (Absent - Gallup ) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 11 -66 <br />
