4110 Council Member Roeser introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11- 67 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH WSB AND <br />ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />Whereas, the city council directed staff to request proposals for city engineering <br />services for the city; and <br />Whereas, following review of the proposals the city council directed staff to engage <br />the firm of WSB and Associates, Inc. to provide these services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />that the professional service agreement between the City and WSB & Associates is <br />hereby approved and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the agreement on <br />behalf of the City pending final review by the City Attorney. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that WSB is hereby appointed City Engineer effective July 1, <br />2011. <br />nne Bartell, t ity erk <br />Jeff Rein -rt, ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this27thday ofJune, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member o' Donnel land upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (absent Gallup) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
