The plans for the Eagle Brook Parking Lot <br />Expansion have not been approved please address the following items, Please <br />contact me with any questions. <br />The review is based on these submittals: <br />1. Memo to provide responses to City comments, prepared by SRF Consulting <br />Group,. Inc. dated May 9, 2011. <br />2. Eagle Brook Church -- Parking Lot Expansion Plans (TO01— L101), signed <br />January 14, 2011. <br />3. 2011 Eagle Brook Church Stormwater Facilities Maintenance Agreement, <br />undated. <br />4. Draft Site improvement Performance Agreement, dated April 13, 2011. <br />Drainage and Storm Sewer <br />1. A copy of the Rice Creek Watershed District Permit must be provided prior to <br />commencement of construction. <br />Miscellaneous <br />1. The Site improvement Performance Agreement will have to be entered into <br />between Eagle Brook Church and the City cif Lino Lakes prior to construction <br />commencing. City security requirements will be tabulated using the construction <br />estimate and provided to the applicant. <br />2.
