or <br />DRAFT RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD <br />7/29/09 <br />The Environmental Board recommends this project go forward with the following <br />changes /additions that have been outlined below. <br />- Increase and enhance screen/buffer to the south. Existing trees that were planted as per <br />the CUP requirements are in decline and need to be managed. <br />- Require that there will be no importing or exporting of soils without City permission <br />-Add concrete wash out area to erosion control plan/SWPPP <br />-Show document storage area on the SWPPP <br />-Show and describe protection measures to be taken to prevent compaction to filtrate in <br />filtration basins. <br />- Lights per the original CUP — according to Lino Lakes lighting standards <br />- Identify plowing areas in winter. (where will water drain when snow melts) and -mark <br />drainage areas on the map <br />-Work should be scheduled any time of year other than Blue Heron nesting times. <br />-Change wording under National Heritage issues on Agenda Item 5A to state specific to <br />this project. <br />-the 10:00 rule for lighting must be upheld <br />-Work should be scheduled at anytime other than the nesting times of the herons on <br />Peltier Island. <br />
