The City and the District shall use good faith efforts to coordinate with each other their respective rights and remedies described in this Paragraph 5. 6. An executed copy of this Agreement shall be filed with the Anoka County Recorder's Office and be made a part of and be binding upon the above described property. This instrument will be unlimited in duration without being re- recorded. This Agreement and the covenants and restrictions set forth herein are established for the benefit of the City and the District as public bodies and for the benefit of appurtenant public resources, and are not intended as "private covenants, conditions or restrictions" within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes Section 500.20.
