• <br />• <br />Council Member Rafferty <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -77 <br />APPROVING USE OF CITY PROPERTIES FOR BLUE HERON DAYS EVENTS <br />WHEREAS, participants in Blue Heron Days are requesting use of certain city - <br />owned properties for Blue Heron Days events; and <br />WHEREAS, these events include: <br />1. Land adjacent and east of the American Legion for the purpose of <br />hosting a family picnic <br />2. The City Hall property for the purpose of the Quad Area Chamber of <br />Commerce Business Expo <br />3. The Community Green for the purpose of MagicBounce Inflatables <br />4. Free Yoga at Lino Park; and <br />WHEREAS, these activities are not excluded activities under the City's current <br />liability insurance and are covered without any additional cost to the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes the use of City property for Blue Heron Days Events - •prov <br />Julia ne Bartell, Ci; C <br />Alt <br />:v. <br />Jeff Reine <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of July, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Gallup, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />
