• adoption: Council Member°' Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -90 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED <br />2012 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2011 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2012 <br />WHEREAS, governmental entities are required to hold a hearing during a regularly <br />scheduled City Council meeting to receive public input on the proposed <br />operating budget and tax levy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes wishes to set the date and time of its <br />meeting for this purpose. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, that: <br />1. The public hearing date is hereby set for Monday, December 12, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. <br />during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting with final adoption of the 2011- <br />2012 tax levy and 2012 general operating budget anticipated immediately following <br />the hearing. <br />Ju is ne Bartell, City ler <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of September, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />P. 31e. <br />
