• <br />• <br />• <br />ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 11 -102 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 20 -11 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 213.07 OF THE LINO LAKES CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES REGARDING UNCLAIMED PROPERTY <br />The purpose of amending Section 213.07 within this Chapter is to allow the disposal of <br />unclaimed property in a manner that provides access to the public with a proper notice <br />but allows the use of an electronic medium and does not limit sales to public auctions <br />held twice a year. The change will allow for quicker sale of property thus reducing <br />storage requirements and associated issues. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on October 10th, 2011. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
