adoption: Council MemberGallup introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -106 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER AND <br />SEWER UTILITY CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 2011 PROPERTY TAXES <br />PAYABLE IN 2012 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 401.29 and Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the <br />Clerk has prepared a list of properties having delinquent water and sewer <br />charges to be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the <br />2011 property taxes, payable in 2012, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of such certification was mailed to affected property owners, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has met to consider the certification of such delinquent <br />water and sewer charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />• that the Clerk is hereby authorized to certify the delinquent water and sewer charges as <br />indicated on the attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected with the <br />2011 property taxes, payable in 2012 at an interest rate of 8.00% per annum. <br />Jeff Rein ayor <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this 24th day of October, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member RaffertaYid upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Gallup, Rafferty, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
