• <br />Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -118 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 3F (FINAL) AND COMPENSATING CHANGE <br />ORDER NO. 2, 2011 OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 11, 2011, awarding <br />the contract for the 2011 Overlay Project to North Valley, Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 3F (Final) and <br />Compensating Change Order No. 2; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that Payment Request No. 3F (Final) and Compensating Change Order No. 2 is approved <br />for a final contract amount of $273,125.80. <br />Bartell, C. , Clerk <br />Jeff Rein rt, -yor <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this 28th day of November, 2011. <br />The motign for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MembeP Donne] rid upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Gallup, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
