• <br />is <br />V. 2&. <br />Council Member() ' Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11-124 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2012 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution <br />setting out final General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the following final General Fund operating budget be adopted <br />for 2012: <br />2012 FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $7,342,818 <br />Intergovernmental Revenue 474,051 <br />Licenses and Permits 415,400 <br />Charges for Services 302,400 <br />Fines & Forfeitures 135,000 <br />Interest on Investments 40,000 <br />Miscellaneous 457,933 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND REVENUES $9,167,602 <br />EXPENDITURES: <br />Administration $1,159,644 <br />Community Development 725,947 <br />Public Safety 3,874,776 <br />Public Services 2,564,068 <br />Other 843,167 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES $9,167,602 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of December, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Roeser <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed ' d adopted. <br />Gallup <br />Julia ne Bartell, City Ilerk <br />A -3 <br />Jeff Rein <br />
