• <br />Council Member Roeser introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -125 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2012 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2012 Water and Sewer Operating Budgets during <br />their budget work sessions, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budgets by resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following Water <br />and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2012 are hereby adopted: <br />2012 Water Operating Budget 2012 Sewer Operating Budget <br />Operating Revenues <br />Transfers <br />Total Revenues & Transfers <br />$1,340,000 $1,624,222 <br />206.171 -0- <br />$1,546,171 $1,624,222 <br />Operating Expenses $1,121,734 $1,624,222 <br />Debt Service 417,841 -0- <br />Total Expenses $1,539,575 $1,624,222 <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses $ 6,596 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 12th day of December, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gallup <br />Roeser, Gallup, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same:. <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and ado <br />Juli- ne Bartell, City C erk <br />• <br />A-4 <br />Jeff Reine , a or <br />
