S Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -130 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 22 -11 <br />FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 22 -11, establishing the <br />2012 Fee Schedule, for first reading on November 28, 2011 and second reading <br />and final passage on December 12, 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 22 -11 is lengthy and MN statute 412.191 allows the <br />city to publish a summary of an ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the summary clearly informs <br />the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a <br />full printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the <br />summary in Attachment A for publication according to state law and the City <br />Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council th' - day of De <br />ATT ST: ' <br />er 2011. <br />Jeff Reinert, ayor <br />ne Bartell, City <br />Cler <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Gallup, Rafferty, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
