Council Member Roeser introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -133 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFERS TO STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, the General Operating Fund for the City of Lino Lakes ended the <br />year in 2010 with a surplus, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to use a portion of the prior year operating <br />surplus to fund future road reconstruction. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lino Lakes City Council that the <br />following transfer is hereby approved: <br />From <br />General Fund <br />To Amount <br />Street Reconstruction Fund $100,000.00 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of December, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Gallup, O'Donnel, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopte <br />• <br />u i.: nne Bartell, C.
