Environmental <br />Memo <br />To: Mike Grochala <br />From: Marty Asleson <br />CC: Paul Bengtson <br />Jeff Smyser <br />Date: November 2, 2004 <br />Re: Environmental Board Recommendations /October 27, 2004 <br />The Environmental Board made the following recommendations at the October 27, <br />2004 Environmental Board meeting: <br />Fox Den Acres <br />Environmental Board recommended approval of Fox Den Conservation <br />Development including: <br />• Rezoning to residential planned unit development <br />• Preliminary Plat with conditions listed in the P & Z Report <br />• The development of an approved Stewardship Plan <br />• Use of standard Best Management Practices for site development and Natural <br />Resources. <br />Motion by O'Dea to approve, second by Bor.
