• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -11 <br />RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT ANOKA COUNTY AGREEMENT FOR <br />RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has entered into an agreement with Anoka County <br />over the years to cooperatively work on Solid Waste abatement and Recycling <br />AND WHEREAS, Anoka County receives funding from the Solid Waste <br />Management Coordinating Board and the State of Minnesota in the form of "SCORE" <br />funds, <br />AND WHEREAS, The County wishes to assist Municipalities in meeting recycling <br />goals established by the Anoka County Board of Commissioners by providing SCORE <br />funds to cities in the County for solid waste recycling programs, <br />AND WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes is eligible to receive $34,176.85 for fiscal <br />year 2005 in Score funds, <br />AND WHEREAS, Anoka County Agreement No. 2005 -0021 provides for the <br />cooperative effort between Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Anoka County <br />Agreement No. 2005 -0021, Agreement for Residential Recycling Program on behalf <br />of the city. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of February, 2005 <br />Ann BI -Uity Clerk <br />John B . eson, ' ayor <br />
