Speiser Acres <br />Page 2 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-26 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />OAKWOOD VIEW <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Oakwood View was approved with Resolution 04 -58 by the <br />City Council on May 24th, 2004 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Oakwood View complies with City requirements and the <br />conditions of Resolution 04 -58 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Oakwood View. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of July, 2005. <br />• <br />
