AGENDA ITEM 6.D. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />CC MEETING DATE: March 14, 2005 <br />TOPIC: Resolution Number 05 -29 <br />Preliminary Plat <br />Angie's Acres <br />ACTION REQUIRED: 3/5 vote <br />BACKGROUND <br />A and 3 Properties have requested approval of a single - family residential development entitled <br />Angie's Acres. The subject property is located adjacent to the southeast corner of Elm Street and <br />Rice Lake Lane and is currently developed with one single - family dwelling. The applicant is <br />proposing to divide the 39,600 square foot lot into two buildable lots of 23, 346 square feet and <br />14,610 square feet; and one 1,644 square foot outlot that will be combined with the property <br />owner to the south.
