Brink Routing: <br />Date: January 21, 2005 <br />Angie's Acres is a lot split from an existing single family residence ( #290 Elm Street) to a proposed two <br />single family lots with residences. A review of the proposed project plans was provided by Patrick M. <br />Windier in a memorandum dated December 20, 2004. The following documents have been received since <br />that review: <br />1. Full -size and half -size copies of the Preliminary Plat dated January 5, 2005, Certificate of Survey <br />dated November 17, 2004, and revised Preliminary Grading plan dated January 5, 2005. All sheets <br />(1 -3) prepared by RLK Kuusisto, Ltd. <br />• Engineering Review Comments: <br />1. The Grading Plan has been updated to clarify proposed drainage between the proposed home (east <br />side) and the existing home to the east ( #298 Elm Street). <br />2. Driveway Issues (Elm Street Access): <br />a) As mentioned in the previous review, removal of the existing curb and replacement of <br />bituminous street pavement along Elm Street will be required in order to construct the <br />driveway. Elm Street was newly constructed in 2003, and all removals shall be field marked <br />and reviewed by the City prior to any removals. All removals (curb and bituminous) shall be <br />saw cut as noted. <br />.D . <br />b) A typical section for the driveway through the City's R/W has been provided per the previous <br />comments. <br />A note has been added to provide for protection and maintaining of public use for the existing 8.5' <br />pedestrian bike/ bituminous trail during construction. <br />An Employee Owned Company Promoting Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity <br />- 8 5 - <br />
