CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-30 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />TURNBERRY CROSSING (FORMERLY MARSHAN TOWNHOMES 2ND ADDITION) <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Turnberry Crossing (Formerly Marshan Townhomes <br />211d Addition) was approved with Resolution 04 -126 by the City Council on September <br />13th, 2004 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Turnberry Crossing complies with City requirements and <br />the conditions of Resolution 04 -126 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Turnberry Crossing subject to the following <br />condition: <br />1. A Development Agreement between the applicant and the City of Lino Lakes <br />must be executed prior to the execution of the final plat by the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of March, 2005. <br />John J.
