• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO 05 -35 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE BIRCH STREET TRAIL PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, City Staff is requesting City Council approval to prepare plans and specifications <br />for the Birch Street Trail Project; <br />WHEREAS, This trail project was approved by the City Council as part of the Park Board's <br />2004 Goals; <br />WHEREAS, The project is located along the north side of Birch Street, from Black Duck Drive <br />to Pheasant Hills Drive; <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project from the Dedicated Parks Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the Birch Street Trail Project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of March, 2005. <br />Ann J.
