• <br />• <br />C 1 T <br />RNO[ <br />Memo <br />Environmental <br />F <br />To: Paul Bengtson <br />From: Marty Asleson <br />CC: Jeff Smyser <br />Mike Grochala <br />Date: January 31, 2005 <br />Re: Environmental Board Recommendations /January 26, 2005 <br />The Environmental Board made the following recommendations at the January 26, <br />2005 Environmental Board meeting: <br />Marshan Lakeview <br />Environmental Board recommended approval of Marshan Lakeview including: <br />e Water should be directed from all roofs and impervious areas to open space and <br />pervious areas. <br />• NPDES best management practices should be reviewed and acceptable to the <br />site. <br />• A buffer should be established between the lake and at least 10 feet beyond the <br />delineated wetland boundary. Signage should be placed at this line and there <br />should be education materials given to the new residents concerning the <br />resource issues concerning this buffer. <br />• Any soil disturbance in the 200 -foot from Lake Area must have temporary erosion <br />control or permanent cover within 7 days. The NPDES plan should include how <br />this erosion control will be done, and the permit and inspection reports must be <br />on site at all times. The designated area for these documents should be <br />described on the plan. <br />
